The Relationship Between Diplomat Lígia Pinto de Almeida, Dr. Rut, and Ambassador Danny Danon in the Defense of Israel and the Jewish Diaspora

Diplomacy, in its deepest essence, is often built far from formal podiums and multilateral committees.

It is forged through personal bridges, candid dialogue, and a genuine shared commitment among those who dedicate their lives to defending their identity, their history, and their people.

It is through this lens that I reflect upon the connections that unite the Jewish Diaspora, the cause of Israel, and global geopolitics.

Voices of Advocacy and Wisdom: The Encounter Between Lígia Pinto de Almeida, Rut, and Danny Danon
Throughout my diplomatic and personal journey, I have had the privilege of crossing paths with extraordinary individuals.

Among them, Dr. Rut—an Ashkenazi Jewish medical specialist of sublime erudition—stands out.

During enriching conversations in my own home, I, Lígia Pinto de Almeida, spent hours with Rut engaged in deep reflection on the State of Israel, the contemporary challenges facing the Jewish Diaspora in Europe, and medical science, a field in which she demonstrates singular mastery.

Rut embodies the spirit of resilience and dedication that defines so many members of the Diaspora.

Her close friendship with prominent international figures—namely Mr. Danny Danon, Ambassador of Israel to the United Nations, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu—reflects the significance of her discreet yet steadfast role in supporting the Jewish cause.

Her spiritual and intellectual roots are also linked to the guidance of respected community figures, such as Rabbi Marc Rubenstein, a esteemed spiritual leader and rabbi to numerous personalities in the Hollywood cultural sphere.

For security imperatives and institutional discretion, certain aspects of her life remain known only to the relevant state and intelligence agencies, such as Mossad and the CIA, underscoring the sensitivity and weight of the networks in which Rut and Ambassador Danny Danon operate.

Unity and Peace: A Prayer for Jerusalem

Defending the integrity and security of the Jewish people and the State of Israel demands unwavering resolve, as well as an ongoing commitment to universal brotherhood and peace.

To my dear friend Rut, to Ambassador Danny Danon, to the global Jewish community, and to the State of Israel, I offer a heartfelt Shabbat Shalom, joining this message with the timeless words of Psalm 122:
"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you prosper.
May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels.

For the sake of my family and friends, I will say, 'Peace be within you.'"
— Psalm 122:6-8
